Managing Director
Tamim Rashed
Tamim Rashed is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse set of skills and experiences. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Cardiff University, followed by a master's degree in War Studies from Kings College London. Tamim is a dual national of British Libyan origin and has worked extensively with the United Nations to support the constitution-building process in Libya. He has also worked as a consultant with KPMG in London, where he gained valuable experience in business strategy and management. Tamim is a co-author of an article on reconciliation and non-violence in Libya, which highlights his commitment to peacebuilding in his home country. In addition to his work in consultancy and peacebuilding, Tamim has also ventured into other business sectors, including construction, retail, and food and beverage. He founded Expertise Consultancy Libya and has been successfully running the company since its inception.
Country Operations Manager
Sean Weston
Sean Weston is a seasoned Country Operations Manager based in Libya with over 30 years of experience in military and commercial operations in remote and hostile environments. Throughout his career, he has developed a wealth of expertise in managing complex logistics and operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and navigating challenging situations with ease. Sean is a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new cultures and discovering new destinations. His passion for adventure has taken him to various parts of the world and has enabled him to gain a unique perspective on different cultures and traditions. With his extensive experience, Sean continues to play a vital role in managing operations in Libya, ensuring that everything flows smoothly and effectively. His dedication, professionalism, and knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
Operations Manager
Richard Acott
Richard retired from the UK military in 2005, having served 31 years, 25 of which were with the Special Reconnaissance Unit, part of UK Special Forces. Since 2005 Richard has worked in the commercial security field in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Lebanon and now Libya. Further to specialist surveillance and defensive surveillance, he has extensive expertise in corporate management having held a variety of appointments, which include managing director of a Saudi JV security company, project manager of a UK government funded military training project in Lebanon and now operations manager of an operational support company in Libya.
Human Resources Manager
Abduraouf Mansour
Abduraouf Mansour is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in administration and human resources. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Tripoli University and has held various key positions in his career. Abduraouf's professional experience includes managing the administration of an autoparts retailer in Tripoli and serving as the Human Resource manager of a successful construction company based in Tripoli. In addition, he also served as the Administration Manager of a reputable dentistry in Tripoli, where he oversaw daily operations and managed a team of administrative staff. In 2017, he joined Expertise Consultancy as the Benghazi-based Operations Liaison Coordinator and has since been promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager in 2021. Abduraouf's extensive knowledge and experience in administration and human resources have made him a valuable asset To Expertise Consultancy Libya.
